All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
Quick Policy Overview
- Return Period: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Free Returns: For defective or incorrect items
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after inspection
Return & Exchange Process
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- You’re within the 15-day return window from delivery date
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You have your original order confirmation or receipt

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Once you have your RMA number:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
- Include a copy of your return form

Refund Information

- Inspection period: 2-3 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days

Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to your Visa, MasterCard, or JCB card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are refunded only for returns due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our adventurers, certain items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened hygiene or personal care products from our OUTDOOR LIVING and CAMPING EQUIPMENT sections
- Customized or personalized equipment
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Used camping equipment that shows signs of wear
- Products without original packaging or tags
This policy particularly applies to items where hygiene is paramount, including select products from our OUTDOOR LIVING and CAMPING EQUIPMENT categories.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or alternative products:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
- We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error
- For size/color exchanges, standard shipping rates apply
